Year of call: 2025
Amy commenced a specialist Business and Property pupillage under the supervision of Jonathan Ward and Aidan Reay in September 2025.
During her first six, Amy has observed and assisted on a range of commercial, company, property, construction and insolvency law matters. She has also gained experience with conferencing and advocacy. Amy has completed written tasks including skeleton arguments, advices and pleadings.
Prior to commencing pupillage, Amy assisted as a paralegal on a large-scale group litigation claim. She worked closely with clients to assess them for eligibility to take part in the action, keep them updated on the progression of the claim and explain the legal process. She also conducted extensive research and prepared case summaries and reports to support litigation.
Amy was pleased to win the 2026 Mediation Skills competition hosted by The Worshipful Company of Arbitrators alongside her fellow Kings Chambers pupil Hannah Saad. Amy also received the individual prize for the Best Advocate.
