We have continued to see a significant increase in this area primarily acting for high net worth claimants in actions against banks, accountants, wealth management companies etc.
• Claims against banks with allegations of wrongful withdrawal of facilities (GRG claims), misappropriation and falsification, for example, a significant case where a former chief executive of a leading overseas bank with allegations of misappropriation, fabricated loan book and share price manipulation through the creation of fictitious loans and banking transactions.
