Kings Chambers Welcomes Ben Lafferty to the Business and Property Team.
Ben was called to the Bar in 2021 and has quickly developed a thriving practice across commercial litigation, insolvency, banking and finance, and company law. He is regularly instructed to advise, draft and appear in court at all stages of proceedings. As well as contentious court work, Ben has extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution, having successfully represented clients in mediation.
Prior to coming to the Bar, Ben worked in the office of General Counsel at a “big four” accountancy firm and in the banking and finance team of a major Northern Irish law firm, experiences which continue to shape his practice today.
