The barristers in the administrative and public law team have a wealth of experience acting in litigation matters in the courts and tribunals as well as arbitrations and mediations providing advisory and advocacy services in a wide range of public law cases. They are particularly well placed to act in judicial review matters.
Our clients include local authorities, the Government Legal Department amongst other central government departments, private companies including developers, healthcare organisations, the Official Solicitor, education organisations and private individuals.
