Sam Karim KC represents the Secretary of State for Scotland in Module 2A in the COVID Inquiry, which commences today in Edinburgh. He leads Suzanne Lambert of 1 Crown Office Row and Ifsa Mahmood.
Module 2 considers the core political and administrative governance and decision-making for the UK during the pandemic. Module 2 will address the strategic and overarching issues from the perspective of Scotland.
