As part of the Kings Chambers Young Professionals programme, Rory Goodson will tackle witness statements in the County Court under Practice Direction 57 AC – the extent to which the PD applies, the approach of the court insofar as it does, and the more general question of sanction for non-compliance with elements of the PD. The session will be useful for all practitioners who deal with litigation in the specialist BPCs of the County Court.
