We are thrilled to announce that Helen Mulholland KC has been appointed to sit as a Judge of the Court of Protection for the North East region. Helen, who took silk in March, has been nominated by the President of the Family Division to sit in the Court of Protection for a six-year term, beginning later this year.
Furthermore, alongside her new appointment, Helen will continue to sit as a Civil Recorder whilst maintaining her ongoing professional practice at Kings Chambers.
