We are all in a period of uncertainty and it may be prolonged. Few trials are being listed in the Civil Courts or in Employment Tribunals and there will be inevitable delay while the courts decide how and when to list trials for hearing. Even Judicial Mediation in the Employment Tribunals is on hold at least until 29 June 2020.
