A property developers’ lawsuit against supermarket chain Tesco Stores in the UK over allegedly anticompetitive restrictions in the use of land has ended in settlement, MLex has learned. This is the second case that applied to use a new fast–track procedure for damage claims, but ended swiftly in an out-of-court agreement.
