LexisNexis has unveiled the twelfth edition of “Doyle, Keay & Curl: Annotated Insolvency Legislation,” co-written by Kings Chambers insolvency specialist Louis Doyle KC. This edition features a foreword by Sir Paul Morgan, and a Stop Press introduction exploring the first Court of Appeal decision handed down on 23 January 2024, concerning a restructuring plan under Part 26A of the Companies Act 2006, Re AGPS Bondco plc [2024] EWCA Civ 24, which unanimously set aside the approval given by the High Court (Leech J) to the Adler real estate group plan.
