This Seminar is intended to be an accessible and friendly forum and will include the statutory framework applicable to Claims for orders for sale, when to use the Part 8 procedure for issuing Claims and when to bring a Part 7 Claim, the principles governing the exercise of the Court’s discretion. Consideration will also be given to the differing types of scenarios in which orders for sale arise including where a claim is made by a former cohabitee and trustees-in-bankruptcy seeking orders under the Insolvency Act 1986.
