Called to the Bar in 2016, Tom is a specialist health and welfare law practitioner with expertise in Court of Protection, clinical negligence and inquests. He is regularly instructed by local authorities, NHS bodies, P and members of P’s family in complex Health & Welfare and Property & Financial Affairs matters. His practice also encompasses high-value clinical negligence claims and inquests involving healthcare, deprivation of liberty and care in the community.
Tom is recognised as a leading junior across his practice areas, holding rankings in Chambers and Partners and The Legal 500 for Court of Protection, Clinical Negligence, and Inquests & Public Inquiries. In The Legal 500 2026, he is ranked as a Tier 1 Junior for Court of Protection, Health and Welfare.
