Anthony Crean QC has been instrumental in the promotion of a major fund-raising project for members of the armed forces who have suffered psychological and other injury. The Sebastapol Project’s first venture has been the publication of “On Courage” a book which has received wide support from a range of national figures and writers who have jointly authored the work.

The book was launched earlier this month at the National Army Museum, Chelsea and describes twenty eight situations in which the VC or GC has been awarded to civilians and soldiers and each is introduced by leading national figures such as Baroness Hale, Eddie Redmayne and Mary Berry.

Deputy Head of Chambers Paul G Tucker QC said “Kings Chambers are delighted to support this important book, and the causes which it champions and strongly commend it. All of those involved in the project, including a senior member of Kings are to be congratulated for this endeavour. The book is both humbling and inspiring, and deserves the widest possible audience”

Proceeds from the book go to Combat Stress. A link to the book can be found here.
