Geraint Wheatley has won an important case about adverse possession in the Court of Appeal.  Thorpe v Frank [2019] EWCA Civ 150 provides authoritative guidance on the issue of factual possession in the absence of enclosure.  Geraint’s submissions were described by the Court of Appeal as “excellent”, and he has been invited to deliver a seminar about the case at the Property Litigation Association Training Day on 13 June.
