Kings Chambers Commercial Group is delighted to host a breakfast seminar on Shareholder Remedies.

The Seminar will address the key topics that arise in this area:

• The role of directors’ duties including the impact of BTI 2014 LLC v Sequana [2022] UKSC 25;

• Winding up on the just and equitable ground; and

• Unfair prejudice petitions, addressing both the grounds for relief and the remedies available.
