Satinder Hunjan QC successful in the High Court at Manchester on behalf of an 18 month toddler who fell from a first floor window sustaining catastrophic injuries. The claim which was fully defended by the Local Council involved a workman who shortly prior to the accident undertook repair work to a window. The Council in question denied that their workman had left the window unlocked.
