Sarah Clover, instructed by Jonathan Smith at Poppleston Allen, has been successful in bringing a Judicial Review Challenge on behalf of ALMR (Association of Licensed Multiple Retailers) against the implementation of a Late Night Levy planned by the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. The Challenge was conceded by the Local Authority who accepted that their consultation in respect of the Late Night Levy was flawed.
