We are delighted to announce that Sam Karim QC (Sheikh Mohammed Samiul Karim) has been invited by the Ministry of Justice and the Department of Trade and Industry to be part of the GREAT Legal Services Trade Mission to the UAE on the week commencing 22 November 2021. He will be accompanied by the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, Lord (David) Wolfson of Tredegar QC, the Chairman of the Bar Council and the President of the Law Society. This is testament to Sam’s commitment and work, and that of Kings Chambers, to the UAE. This culminates in the UAE-English Law Day at the Dubai Expo on 24 November 2021, where Sam is speaking on dispute resolution with other leading specialists in arbitration. Sam is a specialist in domestic and international commercial arbitration. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb) and is admitted as a practitioner in the Dubai International Finance Centre Court and the Abu Dhabi Global Markets. Sam is the editor of Karim on International Arbitration: The Global Guide for Practitioners, to be published in 2022.
