We are delighted to share that Sam Karim KC spoke at the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg on May 19 2023, alongside the President (Judge, Siofra O’Leary) and Judge Tim Eicke. At this prestigious event, organised by the European Circuit, Sam, along with others, discussed topics such as human rights, migration, population movement, and the rule of law.
Sam leads the Administrative Law and Court of Protection Department at Kings Chambers, holds the rank of Band 1 leading KC in public law and human rights, and is the author of titles including Patterson & Karim in Judicial Review.
