Sam Karim recently spoke at the International Symposium on Administrative Reconsideration organised by the Asia Foundation and the Research Centre for Government by Law of China University held in Beijing and as part of the reform of China’s Administrative Reconsideration Law.
As the nominated delegate from the United Kingdom, Sam provided a keynote speech about the development of administrative law in England & Wales and the overlapping area of administrative reconsideration. Sam also spoke with other scholars and experts respectively from the U.S, Japan and China.
