RTPI North East Planning Law Spring Update

Monday 13th March 2017 Bond Dickinson Offices, Quayside, Newcastle

As the provisions of the Housing and Planning Act 2016 gradually come into force, and with the Neighbourhood Planning Bill in the legislative process, keeping up with the law has rarely been so difficult. The Courts continue to make key planning decisions on a regular basis, and the threat of judicial review is ever-present. This update will help you to identify the issues and understand how to deal with them.
