Andrew Singer QC and Kelly Pennifer speak at Society of Construction Law seminar
The seminar discussed the torts of procuring or inducing a breach of contract, causing loss by unlawful means and conspiracy to cause loss by unlawful means/injure by particular reference to a recent TCC decision, Palmer Birch v Lloyd  EWHC 2316 (TCC).
The seminar was also presented in Dublin on 19 June where Andrew was joined by William Binchy, a barrister at the Irish Bar and former Regius Professor of Laws at Trinity College, Dublin.
