As part of the Kings Chambers Bitesize COP Programme, Sam Karim KC and Helen Gardiner of Kings Chambers, joined by special guest Kirsty Stuart of Weightmans, are delighted to host an online bitesize seminar examining the vexed question of when a serious medical treatment application should be brought in the Court of Protection or the Family Division in cases concerning adults who lack capacity and children. The seminar follows the decisions in Epsom in the Court of Protection and RNM and FB in the Family Division.
