Regularly involved in matters concerning title, adverse possession, easements, restrictive covenants and proprietary estoppel and more generally in disputes about commercial property transactions. For example, he recently advised a national housebuilder on car parking rights in connection with a proposed town centre development and in another case successfully acted in a trial about the disputed terms of a transfer of land worth £1.25m.

Much experience in landlord and tenant (particularly lease renewals and dilapidations).

In land related tort and injunctions acted in a 6 day private nuisance trial in the TCC about contamination from fuel tanks in a petrol station.

Appears regularly in the First Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) in land registration and service charge cases (recently acted in case concerning management of Albert Dock development in Liverpool)
