Paul Hughes and Kevin Latham are delighted to have been appointed as joint editors of the costs sections of the Civil Court Service 2017 (“The Brown Book”). The Brown Book has a wide readership and, for the first time this year, will be available online through the LexisNexis portal. The service has been fully updated and the 2017 edition will be available later this month.
