Kings Chambers has been instrumental in helping to secure the future of a Grade II* listed building on Historic England’s “At Risk Register” in the Wirral.
Earlier this month an appeal was allowed in respect of a proposal to provide enabling development in the green belt to cross fund the renovation of Storeton Hall, the 14th century former home of the Earls of Derby as well as the relocation of an equestrian centre and the conversion of other historic assets on site (the red brick barn).
Paul G Tucker QC acted on behalf of the successful Appellants PJ Livesey, who have an enviable national track record in sensitive heritage-led residential developments.
