Paul Chaisty QC is currently appearing in the Singapore International Commercial Court on a seven day trial in respect of tracing claims involving “Ponzi” schemes and multi-jurisdiction issues across Hong Kong and Switzerland.
Paul is ranked in Chambers and Partners (2015 – to date) as a ‘Star at The Bar’ appearing at all levels including Supreme Court/Privy Council, Court of Appeal, High Court and domestic and international arbitrations. Regularly instructed in proceedings abroad including in the BVI, Cayman Islands, Singapore, Isle of Man and in the Bahamas.
