Paul Chaisty KC is to appear this week in the Singapore Court of Appeal. The appeal follows a trial in the Singapore International Commercial Court relating to tracing claims involving “Ponzi” schemes and multi-jurisdiction issues across Hong Kong and Switzerland.
Paul is ranked in Chambers and Partners (2015 – to date) as a ‘Star at The Bar’ appearing at all levels including Supreme Court/Privy Council, Court of Appeal, High Court and domestic and international arbitrations. Regularly instructed in proceedings abroad including in the BVI, Cayman Islands, Singapore, Isle of Man and in the Bahamas.
