Super League champions Wigan Warriors are appealing against a points deduction penalty for salary cap breaches. The appeal is being heard by Sport Resolutions, an independent dispute arbitration service, in Manchester today, Tuesday 5 March.
Martin Budworth, barrister of Kings Chambers, has been retained to act for Wigan having represented the club on previous matters and as having considerable experience in sports law work.
