Anthony Crean QC, instructed by Richard Brown Planning on behalf of Christchurch Land and Estates has secured planning permission for 560 dwellings including a local community centre, a 60 bedroom extra care home and 50 assisted living units, 2 small business units and open space provision with associated infrastructure.
The appeal had been called in by the Secretary of State who agreed with the Inspector’s recommendation to allow the Appeal.
