Following his appointment to the Chair of the Planning Environment Bar Association (PEBA), Paul G Tucker KC has stepped down as Head of Chambers. Kings Chambers has elected the previous Deputy Head, Andrew Singer KC as Head of Chambers. Andrew will be joined by Mark Harper KC as the new Deputy Head.
Andrew Singer KC is a very successful specialist Technology and Construction, Professional Negligence and Arbitration silk. He practices in England and Wales and in Belfast and is also called to the Bar of the Republic of Ireland. He is an accredited mediator, arbitrator and adjudicator and sits on the Council of the Society of Construction Law and is its Secretary. Andrew sits as a Civil Recorder and in the TCC. Andrew has served on Chambers’ Management Committee for many years.
Mark Harper KC is also a very highly regarded leading silk specialising in Banking, Chancery Litigation, Commercial Dispute Resolution, Company, Partnership and Professional Negligence. He is ranked as a “Star of the Bar” in Chambers & Partners. Mark is also the Chair of the Northern Chancery Bar Association & Treasurer for the Northern Circuit
