Following the appointment of former Head of Chambers, Nigel Poole Q.C. to the High Court Bench, Kings Chambers has elected former Deputy Head Paul Tucker Q.C. as Head of Chambers.  Paul will be joined by Andrew Singer Q.C. as the new Deputy Head.

Paul Tucker Q.C. is a hugely successful Planning silk with a national reputation as a market leader in his field and is the Vice Chairman of the Planning Environmental Bar Association.

Andrew Singer Q.C. is a highly regarded specialist Technology and Construction, Professional Negligence and Arbitration silk. He is an accredited mediator, arbitrator and adjudicator and was recently elected to sit on the Council of the Society of Construction Law.  Andrew sits as a Civil Recorder and also sits part time in the TCC.  Andrew has served on Chambers’ Management Committee for many years and is also Head of Mentoring.
