This is the fourth and final of this year’s breakfast seminars considering recent Supreme Court decisions in the field of contract law and whether those decisions display a trend towards a more traditionalist approach than has previously prevailed.
The seminar will take place on Tuesday 11 October 2016 and will address the thorny issue of illegality following the decision of the Supreme Court in Patel v Mirza [2016] UKSC 42. The speaker is Mark Harper QC of Kings Chambers.
The seminar will be held at BDO’s offices, 3 Hardman Street, Spinningfields and will start at 8.30am with a 9.15am finish.
