Michael Stephens is to be one of the speakers at the Mustill Lecture, hosted by the North East Branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, at Leeds Civil Hall on Friday 19 October 2018. His theme will be “Getting the best out of mediation”.
This prestigious event commemorates the work and achievements of Lord Mustill, a senior Law Lord and sometime Patron of the Institute.
The other speakers are Scottish High Court judge Lord Glennie, Jonathan Acton Davis QC and Rob Evans of Severfield (UK) Ltd.
Michael was President of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in 2015 and has been a qualified mediator for more than 20 years.
