Following his successful year as President of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators,Michael Stephens will speak at the Conservative Party Conference in Manchester on 5 October on the topic “Counting the cost: how can the justice system work better for business?” His fellow speaker is Lord Faulks QC, the Minister of State for Justice and the discussion will be chaired by the legal journalist Joshua Rozenburg.”
