Michael Rawlinson QC and Charlotte Law have just completed the inquest representing the family of the Air Craft Commander of a Lynx helicopter which crashed during a military training sortie in Afghanistan during April 2015, killing 5 people. The inquest, which engaged Article 2, required an in depth analysis of the administrative, training and tactical procedures of the MOD in respect of this aircraft type.
