Mark Harper QC was delighted to present yesterday to the Association of Partnership Practitioners, ‘You gotta have faith – what does good faith mean?‘.
The engaging session hosted within Kings Chambers, explored the development of ‘good faith’ amongst the partnership setting, and what it actually means in real terms.
Speaking after the event, Mark commented: “It was a pleasure to present to the Association and to lead and participate in an entertaining but informative discussion about the various scenarios that potentially give rise to good faith considerations. Partnership law is thriving in the North West!”
