Louise Green represented the claimant in a clinical negligence claim. The claimant suffered total loss of sight due to a failure to urgently be referred for vitrectomy surgery following complications of diabetic retinopathy. Breach of duty was admitted, but causation was in dispute. The claim was settled at JSM for £1.2 million.
