Louis Doyle KC appointed to R3’s General Technical Committee

Kings Chambers is delighted to announce that Louis Doyle KC has been selected for appointment to the General Technical Committee (“GTC”) of R3, the trade association for the entire community of the UK’s insolvency and restructuring professionals. The GTC deals with issues of general importance and significance to the insolvency profession, keeping under review all UK and EU legislation, prospective legislation and other matters relating to insolvency law and practice. Alongside assisting R3 in maintaining its position at the forefront of insolvency practice, the GTC is responsible for the production of technical materials, bulletins and alerts for practitioners on latest developments.
