Kings Chambers is delighted to announce the return of Lisa Walmisley, an experienced commercial barrister with a distinguished career both in England and Wales and internationally.
Lisa brings with her over 18 years at the independent Bar in England and Wales, as well as more than five years in the British Virgin Islands where she was a partner in leading law firms. She is widely recognised for her expertise in commercial disputes but particularly fraud, company law, shareholder disputes, and complex insolvency matters, having been recommended in Chambers and Partners and Legal 500.
Lisa has acted in multi-jurisdictional disputes and high-value commercial litigation. She has advised extensively on company law, liquidations, receiverships, and has notable experience in injunctions and asset recovery, including crypto-related fraud.
