Lesley Anderson QC has recently visited Hong Kong. On 22 July 2014, she spoke as a guest of the British Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong to an invited audience of lawyers, business folk and other professionals at the prestigious Hong Kong Club on the subject of Directors’ Duties in the UK and Hong Kong. Later that day, she delivered a paper to the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce on Shareholder and Joint Venture Disputes in Hong Kong and the UK. On 23 July 2014, she spoke on “Priorities on Sale and Rent Back Arrangements” to an audience of specialist property lawyers at the Law Society of Hong Kong.
