Lesley Anderson QC judged the final of the mooting competition at Birmingham City University on 27 April 2016. Four students competed in a highly topical moot concerning the interaction of Article 8 protection of privacy for celebrities with the press’s right to freedom of expression enshrined in Article 10. Emma Jayne Cole was announced as the worthy winner.
