Leading planning solicitors Winckworth Sherwood will be in conversation with top planning barristers at Kings Chambers on the recent cases that have affected the property and development industry.
The discussion will consider the effects of the recent Court of Appeal case in Finney and its impact on development. The judgment is causing delays on schemes that are looking to be amended to reflect market conditions or optimisation. It also calls for a rethink on planning applications that are brought forward in terms of consultation and the impact Regs.
