Building Safety Act 2022 - What you need to know

The BSA 2022 introduces new heads of claim, and extends limitation periods in respect of some existing causes of action - to 30 years in some cases. Andrew Singer QC and Jonathan Ward will introduce and explain the most significant provisions, from the litigation perspective, and discuss the likely impacts on construction dispute resolution, and future sources of work.
