Trusts of Land after Covid
Trusts of Land after Covid
Paul Lakin
and
Eleanor d'Arcy
invite you to watch their "fireside chat" to discuss practical pointers and tips concerning trusts of land and, in particular, orders for sale after Covid.
This Seminar is intended to be an accessible and friendly forum and will include the statutory framework applicable to Claims for orders for sale, when to use the Part 8 procedure for issuing Claims and when to bring a Part 7 Claim, the principles governing the exercise of the Court's discretion. Consideration will also be given to the differing types of scenarios in which orders for sale arise including where a claim is made by a former cohabitee and trustees-in-bankruptcy seeking orders under the Insolvency Act 1986.
