Paul G Tucker KC successfully secures permission for large scale employment land in NW Bicester

Paul G Tucker KC, instructed by Emma Lancaster of Quod acted on behalf of Albion Land in the successful appeal in relation to the development of large scale employment land on an allocated site NW of Bicester. The policy required compliance with a masterplan which was contained in an SPD; however it is was established that the Masterplan was considerably out of date and that the significant economic benefits of the scheme decisively outweighed the limited harm that arose.
