Kings Chambers Planning Barristers hold mock Public Inquiry for University of Birmingham students

Kings Chambers Planning Barristers Constanze Bell, Mark Howells and Planning Pupil Shemuel Sheikh in collaboration with CBRE and RTPI West Midlands Young Planners spent the day at the University of Birmingham on Tuesday 24th May 2022 providing a workshop to the students. The session included an overview of the barrister’s role in the planning system followed by a mock inquiry.

Constanze acted as Inspector and Mark and Shemuel as the advocates. This is part of a Kings Chambers Planning Group initiative to provide support to students in universities with ambitions to enter the Planning profession.
