Chris Katkowski QC of Kings Chambers was instructed by the Applicants in the successful promotion of the United Kingdom Holocaust Memorial and Learning Centre, which was consented on July 29th by the Government after a lengthy inquiry. (link here)

This is a project of international importance and the Inspector’s consideration of the issues is a model of how to assess the competing planning merits of such a scheme, located adjacent to the Palace of Westminster in one of the most sensitive places in the country.
