Mark Harper QC presents at the PNLA Leeds Conference 2019

Mark Harper QC was delighted to present yesterday at the Professional Negligence Lawyers Association (PNLA) Leeds Conference, 'A Northern Round Up' on 'Witness Evidence - how to do it properly?'.
