Paul Tucker QC has been appointed as Vice Chair of the Planning and Environmental Bar Association (PEBA) at its Annual General Meeting.  PEBA is the national specialist bar association for barristers in England and Wales who practise in the fields of planning and environmental work.  Paul is the first member of Kings Chambers to be appointed as Vice Chair of PEBA since the late Nigel McLeod QC was appointed over 30 years ago.  Paul is the Deputy Head of Chambers and Head of the Planning and Public Law team at Kings.  Gary Smith, Chief Clerk for Planning and Public Law commented: “This is great news for Paul and an honour for Chambers.”

Paul joins fellow Kings Chambers members Ian Ponter and Sarah Reid who continue to serve as Committee members of PEBA.
